Major US Muslim Group Condemns Israeli Forces’ Killing of Palestinian Infant

America’s largest Muslim civil rights organization has condemned the recent Israeli military actions in the occupied West Bank that resulted in the death of a seven-month-old Palestinian infant and injured other family members.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the largest Muslim civil rights group in the United States has condemned the Israeli regime’s attacks, which led to the martyrdom of at least seven Palestinians, including a seven-month-old infant. The condemnation was reported by Anadolu Agency, citing Mehr News Agency.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) issued a statement declaring that the killing of a seven-month-old baby by Israeli forces in the illegally occupied West Bank is a horrific crime that should stir the conscience of every human being.

The statement further asserted that no military force repeatedly killing children, medical personnel, journalists, and civilians with weapons funded by American taxpayers should continue to enjoy impunity or support. CAIR urged the U.S. government and the international community to cease their complicity in these atrocities and to take concrete measures to protect Palestinian civilians, end the occupation, and uphold international law.

Israeli military forces reportedly opened fire on a Palestinian family’s vehicle in the southern West Bank today. In the aftermath of the attack, three members of the family, including an infant, sustained injuries. The infant later succumbed to their wounds due to the severity of the injuries sustained.
