Iranian Official Refutes Trump’s Claim on US Non-Involvement in Israel’s Attack

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Al Mayadeen network, citing a senior Iranian security official, reported that statements made by Donald Trump claiming the United States did not participate in the Israeli attack on Iran are inconsistent with established facts.
The Iranian security source further elaborated to Al Mayadeen that Washington’s claim is driven by the Trump administration’s apprehension regarding Iran’s response and its potential repercussions on American interests and bases within the region.
The high-ranking Iranian security official firmly reiterated, “We emphatically and strongly emphasize that the previous equation, namely infrastructure for infrastructure, remains valid.”
He continued, “The infrastructure for infrastructure equation does not solely encompass the Zionist regime, and everyone must understand our seriousness.”
Prior to this, in addition to Donald Trump, Israel’s military radio, citing some sources, had also claimed that the recent attacks against Iran were carried out solely by the Zionist regime.
However, Israel’s military radio simultaneously acknowledged that the United States did participate in intercepting missiles launched by Iran toward occupied territories.
