Hamas Calls for International Sanctions Against Israeli Occupation Forces Following Amnesty International Report

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas has welcomed a report by Amnesty International which has documented the commission of ethnic cleansing crimes by the Zionist regime against the Palestinian people in the occupied West Bank. The report was published by the Shihab News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency.
Hamas emphasized that the report clearly indicates that settler terrorism is not an isolated act but rather part of an organized campaign orchestrated and officially supported by the occupying regime’s cabinet. This action constitutes a flagrant violation of all international charters and laws.
The movement stated that the report’s emphasis on the silence and inaction of the international community and its institutions in fulfilling their legal and humanitarian duty to prevent these crimes and violations has emboldened the occupying regime to continue its actions. This, Hamas noted, is a stain on the international community and an inexcusable failure to uphold its responsibilities and duties.
Hamas underscored the importance of this report and the facts and recommendations it presents, calling for the prosecution of the leaders of the occupying regime before the International Criminal Court and other competent tribunals.
The movement further stressed the necessity of severing all forms of relations with the criminal Zionist regime and imposing deterrent sanctions against its leaders involved in the crimes of ethnic cleansing, annexation, and seizure of Palestinian territories.
