Lebanese Army Withdraws as Israeli Forces Advance Toward Nabatieh

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Lebanese army units stationed in the Kafar Tibnit area of Nabatieh evacuated their positions after Israeli military forces advanced toward the Ali Al-Taher axis. Simultaneously, reports emerged of Israeli occupation forces deploying three kilometers from the city of Nabatieh. This advance by the occupation forces is occurring concurrently with heavy artillery attacks and the extensive use of armored equipment.
Previously, the Northern Command of the Israeli army had called for the destruction of infrastructure in Nabatieh. The Israelis had announced that the occupying army had effectively commenced its ground incursion towards the entrances of Nabatieh city.
Nabatieh is located 15 kilometers north of the Litani River and 30 kilometers from the borders of the occupied territories. The region holds significant importance due to its geographical position overlooking strategic routes connecting the eastern and central parts of southern Lebanon.
