US Vice President Vance Expresses Hope for Iran Deal Text Release This Week

U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance stated Monday that he anticipates the text of an agreement with Iran to be released this week and expressed optimism that some in Israel would accept it.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance announced on Monday during an interview with CNBC that he believes some individuals within Israel will accept the agreement. Vance further claimed that the U.S. expects the Speaker of the Parliament, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and others to represent Iran at the signing ceremony for the agreement. He expressed hope that the text of the deal with Iran would be published this week.

Without referencing Iran’s peaceful nuclear program, Vance asserted, “There is a long-term commitment to ensure Iran never produces or acquires a nuclear weapon. This agreement deprives Iran of the funding needed to rebuild its nuclear program.” The American official, omitting mention of Tehran’s stance on indirect consultations, stated, “We are now speaking directly with the Iranian regime. We have good relations with Tehran. We no longer exchange messages through secret channels; we are actually talking to them.” Further details are anticipated.
