Netanyahu Vows Strong Response to Hezbollah Attacks

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reiterated aggressive rhetoric regarding Hezbollah, claiming that Israel will not tolerate attacks on its soldiers and that Hezbollah must pay a very heavy price. Netanyahu stated that following an attack on Israeli forces in southern Lebanon, he consulted with the occupation’s Minister of War and Chief of Staff for a security assessment and ordered the army to launch severe attacks against Hezbollah.
Netanyahu’s remarks were echoed by Israeli Minister of War, Yisrael Katz, who claimed that they would not allow any harm to Israeli military personnel and citizens, and that every Hezbollah attack would be met with a tougher response. Hezbollah, in its operations early Friday morning, claimed the lives of at least four Israeli soldiers, including a battalion commander, and injured at least 18 others.
