Pakistan and Iran Express Concern Over Lebanon Ceasefire Violations

Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and his Iranian counterpart Abbas Araghchi held a phone call expressing significant concern regarding Israel’s violations of the ceasefire in Lebanon. The conversation also touched upon recent developments concerning an agreement between Tehran and Washington.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Pakistan‘s Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced a phone conversation between the country’s Foreign Minister and his Iranian counterpart regarding the latest developments related to an agreement between Tehran and Washington.

During the call, Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and Abbas Araghchi voiced their serious concerns over Israel’s repeated violations of the ceasefire in Lebanon. This expression of concern highlights the tense regional situation and ongoing instability.

The Pakistani Foreign Minister also characterized the signing of a memorandum of understanding between Iran and the United States as a historic event. He extended congratulations to the government and people of Iran on this development.

Furthermore, Dar expressed his optimism that the process would proceed smoothly and yield positive outcomes, emphasizing the potential for constructive engagement.
