Hamas Urges Emergency Arab League Summit Over Gaza Displacement Plans

Hamas spokesperson Hazem Qassem has called for an urgent Arab League summit at the heads of state level to confront Israeli plans aimed at displacing residents of the Gaza Strip, warning of direct threats to Arab national security.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Hamas spokesperson Hazem Qassem has urged the Arab League to convene an immediate summit of heads of state to address Israeli schemes for the forced displacement of Gaza Strip residents. Qassem described the displacement plan as a dangerous project that directly targets not only the Palestinian people but also Arab national security, representing a blatant challenge to the will of Arab nations, particularly Egypt.

He further stated that the successive implementation of such projects indicates ongoing dangerous actions. The Israeli regime’s maneuvers coincide with its practical measures to destroy all existing infrastructure in the Gaza Strip and forcibly displace its inhabitants. Qassem emphasized that Arab countries must adopt a unified stance against the Israeli regime, working to halt the ongoing genocide and attacks on Gaza, and to lift the blockade on the strip.
