Baghdad and Dhi Qar Provinces to Observe Holiday for Martyr Leader’s Funeral

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, officials in the Iraqi provinces of Baghdad and Dhi Qar have declared that next Wednesday will be a public holiday in both areas. The closure is to commemorate the funeral procession of the “Martyr Leader of the Revolution.” This announcement was made based on information published by the Mehr News Agency, citing Iraqi sources.
The Dhi Qar Governorate Council stated that next Wednesday will be an official holiday in the province, coinciding with the funeral ceremonies for the “Martyr Leader of the Revolution” to be held in the cities of Najaf and Karbala. Additionally, the Governor of Baghdad, Attwan Al-Atwani, issued an order confirming a public holiday for the Iraqi capital on the same day in observance of these events.
