Two Dead, One Injured in Michigan Shopping Mall Shooting

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, at least two people were killed and another citizen injured during a shooting at the Fairlane Mall in Dearborn, Michigan, United States, according to data published by the Mehr News Agency, quoting Russia Today.

Following the sound of gunfire at the mall, local police issued a security alert, urging citizens to avoid the vicinity of the incident. Security forces also cordoned off the area and launched a search operation to apprehend the armed perpetrator.

Local media reports indicate that one victim was shot in the abdomen and the other in the head. A passerby was also injured during the incident.

Dearborn Police confirmed the deaths of two individuals and the injury of one more, stating that investigations into the motive and details of the incident are ongoing.

Images released from the scene show an armed individual inside the mall engaged in a confrontation with several other people.

American media, citing police sources, reported that initial evidence suggests the shooting targeted specific individuals, but investigations are continuing to clarify all aspects of the incident.
