Qatar and UAE Foreign Ministers Discuss Regional De-escalation

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Qatar‘s Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mohammed bin Abdulrahman, discussed coordinating efforts to de-escalate regional tensions with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, Abdullah bin Zayed, during a phone call. The Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the discussion emphasized the necessity for all parties to commit to dialogue and guarantee the freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz.
