Jordan Resumes Flights to Sana’a Amid Saudi Support, Ansarullah Caution

Jordan has announced the resumption of flights between Amman and Sana’a, citing humanitarian needs and support for Saudi-led peace efforts in Yemen. The move has been welcomed by Saudi Arabia, which has called for cooperation from Ansarullah.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on Friday that flights between Jordan and Yemen will resume. The ministry claimed this action is in response to the humanitarian needs of the Yemeni people and in line with supporting Saudi Arabia’s efforts to advance the peace process in the country.

Jordan stated that regular flights between Amman and Sana’a will be established, with technical and logistical measures to be finalized subsequently. The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs welcomed this plan today.

The ministry, without referencing the aggressions against Yemen and Sana’a airport, urged the Ansarullah forces to cooperate with this plan.

It should be noted that Saudi Arabia bombarded Sana’a airport during the landing of an Iranian plane carrying a Yemeni delegation.

Furthermore, the Ansarullah movement in Yemen issued a strong warning against Saudi Arabia yesterday due to the blockade of Sana’a airport.
