Trump Claims Russia and China Are Not Supplying Weapons to Iran

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, U.S. President Donald Trump claimed on social media that actions by China and Russia to arm Iran would be detrimental to them. Trump stated that during a recent meeting, the Chinese President assured him that China would never provide weapons to Iran under any circumstances, and that he trusts these words. He also mentioned that President Putin told him he would never sell weapons to Iran. Trump noted that Putin knows he is not giving weapons to Ukraine but rather to NATO countries, which pay full price, and he has no knowledge of how these weapons are distributed. Therefore, Trump believes that the two major powers often mentioned in connection with Iran are not involved in this matter. He added that if they were, it would be very bad for them and certainly not in their interest.

Trump further elaborated on his claims, stating his belief that Russia and China are not selling weapons to Tehran and are not participating in any conflict related to Iran.
