The Saudi Red Crescent Authority announced that a danger alert was issued in the Yanbu province, located in the west of the country, through the “National Early Warning System.” Specific details regarding the nature of the threat or the reason for the alert have not been provided in the official announcement.
However, unofficial sources have reported hearing the sound of powerful explosions in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. Further unconfirmed reports suggest that Yemen launched significant missile and drone attacks against Saudi Arabia. Some sources also claim that more than five explosions have shaken the city of Jizan, which is located on the border with Yemen. Additionally, unofficial news indicates that the industrial area in Jizan was targeted by Yemeni forces, resulting in a power outage in several districts of the city.
