Explosions Reported in Jizan, Saudi Arabia; Air Traffic Disrupted

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Saudi sources have reported the sound of several explosions in Jizan, Saudi Arabia, which subsequently sparked fires. Aviation data indicates that air traffic at airports in southern Saudi Arabia has been disrupted. Flights bound for Riyadh have returned to the runway, and military aircraft are reportedly awaiting a calmer situation.

Saudi officials have imposed a ban on photography in the aforementioned regions. Earlier, the Saudi Red Crescent Authority announced that a danger alert had been issued through the ‘National Early Warning System’ in the Yanbu province, located in the western part of the country. The announcement did not provide specifics regarding the nature of the threat or the reason for the alert. Unofficial sources have reported hearing powerful explosions in Yanbu.

It is worth noting that Saudi Arabia had previously bombed Yemen’s Hodeidah port in the early hours of today.
