White House Urges Iran to Reach Deal, Citing Unspecified Consequences

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, The White House has issued a statement in response to remarks made by Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Naghdi, an advisor to the Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran. The statement declared that Iran would be better off reaching an agreement with the United States, otherwise, they know what will happen.

International media outlets frequently mock the phrase “what will happen” as used by President Trump, attributing it to the passivity and confusion of U.S. foreign policy in the wake of rapid regional developments. However, the White House has once again resorted to this statement without refuting the arguments and threats made by the Islamic Republic of Iran regarding the U.S. failure in its war-mongering against Iran.

These remarks from the White House came in response to a request from the BBC for comments regarding an interview with Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Naghdi, an advisor to the Commander-in-Chief of the IRGC. In this interview, which the BBC described as “rare,” Naghdi stated, “Victory in this war is ours; because the two main objectives of the United States, namely the destruction of sovereignty and the collapse of Iran, have failed.”

He added, “We are witnessing confusion and bewilderment in the United States because the war has become a war without a strategy, and the U.S. military is weaker than we imagined.”

General Naghdi also explained that one of the deterrence methods is to prolong this war until the next presidential term in the United States.
