US Defense Secretary Vows to Maintain Naval Blockade of Iran Indefinitely
U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Haggett has asserted that the U.S. Navy possesses the capability to sustain the naval blockade of Iranian ports for an extended period, emphasizing its commitment to the ongoing measure.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Haggett claimed that the American Navy is capable of continuing the maritime blockade of Iran’s ports for as long as necessary. The United States initiated the first phase of its naval blockade against Iran on April 13th, which concluded on June 17th. Following a violation of the agreement, Washington resumed its blockade of ports and maritime traffic around Iran on July 13th.
