Multiple explosions were heard in Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, as drone strikes reportedly targeted the hideouts of separatist terrorists. Iraqi sources confirmed the interception of some drones in the skies above the city.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, information published by Mehr News Agency, citing Al Mayadeen, indicates that some news sources have reported that the hideouts of separatist terrorists in Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, were targeted by drone attacks.
An Al Mayadeen correspondent also reported hearing the sound of explosions in Erbil.
Al Jazeera network, citing Iraqi sources, reported the interception of some drones in the skies over Erbil. Further details regarding these attacks have not yet been announced.
