Russia Reaffirms Readiness for Talks with Ukraine to Achieve Goals

Russia has reiterated its willingness to engage in negotiations with Ukraine to achieve its defined objectives without bloodshed, according to statements from Russian officials.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, based on data published by the Mehr News Agency via RT, Rodion Miroshnik, the special envoy of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, announced that Moscow is prepared to negotiate with Ukraine and achieve the set goals without bloodshed and destruction.

He stated, “Russia is ready for negotiation; a negotiation that leads to a result, meaning the goal we have set for ourselves. This goal can be achieved through dialogue and by avoiding bloodshed, unnecessary deaths, or destruction. Russia is acting on this basis.”

Sergey Lavrov, the Russian Foreign Minister, had previously emphasized that all objectives of Russia’s special military operation in Ukraine will be realized. He also indicated that Russia would intensify its attacks on any resources the West provides to bolster Ukraine’s war machine.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has stated on various occasions, including official meetings and annual summits, that Moscow is prepared for constructive dialogue with Ukraine to reach an understanding that fundamentally ends the conflict, provided Kyiv demonstrates seriousness.
