Ansarallah Condemns Israeli Aggression, Cites U.S. Green Light and Arab Complicity
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the political bureau of Yemen’s Ansarallah movement has vehemently denounced the brutal killings perpetrated by the Israeli regime in the towns of Ansar and Deir al-Zahrani in southern Lebanon, as reported by Al-Masirah network, citing Mehr News Agency data.
The statement further condemned the continuous Israeli assaults in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, emphasizing that targeting civilians in Lebanon, Gaza, and the West Bank, along with the escalating tensions orchestrated by the Israeli regime and its leaders, constitutes a gross violation of human rights and international humanitarian law.
Ansarallah declared that these Israeli actions are being carried out with the “obvious cover and encouragement of America,” occurring amidst the complicity and silence of subservient Arab governments.
The Ansarallah political bureau affirmed its solidarity with the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples and the Islamic resistance, stating that Lebanon and its resistance possess the “right to respond to Israeli aggression, defend the Lebanese people, and liberate the south.”
The movement also expressed regret over the Lebanese government’s ongoing direct negotiations with the Israeli regime, warning that such talks could lead to concessions detrimental to Lebanon and its people’s dignity.
Ansarallah urged the Lebanese government to reconsider its approach and leverage the power of the Islamic resistance.
The political bureau further highlighted the Lebanese Islamic resistance’s “brilliant record of historic victories” in confronting the Israeli regime.
In another part of its statement, Ansarallah criticized Arab and Islamic countries that have joined military alliances with the Israeli regime, calling on them to at least once form alliances in support of Palestine, its cause, and its sacred sites.
The group stressed that such coalitions could guarantee the genuine security of regional nations and their internal stability against Israeli and American plots.
Separately, the Deputy Speaker of Yemen’s Parliament announced that the country intends to maintain a strategy of “siege for siege and escalation for escalation” to ensure the “Saudi aggressor tastes the bitter reality of the aggression, siege, and suffering endured by the Yemeni people.”
He asserted that Saudi Arabia has evaded the implementation of a “roadmap” and its commitments to end the aggression and blockade that have persisted for over 12 years.
The Deputy Speaker of the Yemeni Parliament also emphasized the importance of continuing to implement the country’s leadership’s chosen options to break the siege, reclaim looted wealth, and expel the occupiers from Yemen.
