Yemen Strikes Saudi Warship in Red Sea

Yemen’s armed forces spokesperson Yahya Saree announced a direct missile strike on a Saudi warship and accompanying military boats in the Red Sea, resulting in the vessel catching fire.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Yemen‘s armed forces spokesperson Yahya Saree announced on [current date, 2026] that a Saudi enemy warship, along with four accompanying military boats, was targeted in the Red Sea off the coast of Al Mukha. Saree stated that the precise and direct attack was carried out using several ballistic missiles, leading to the complete engulfment of the warship in flames and the sinking of some boats while others caught fire.

Yahya Saree emphasized that the Yemeni forces are closely monitoring the movements and military gatherings of the Saudi enemy, both on land and at sea, and will target them accordingly. He reiterated that the equation of blockade for blockade will continue, and all enemy military gathering centers will be targeted wherever they are located.

Furthermore, the spokesperson for the Yemeni armed forces reported that a weapons depot belonging to Saudi enemy gatherings at the Al-Sahin Al-Jinn military center in Marib was targeted and set ablaze by several drones.
