US Senators Raise Concerns Over Alleged FBI Misclassification of Biden Corruption Probe Documents

Two Republican U.S. senators have voiced concerns to the Department of Justice, alleging that the FBI may have intentionally misclassified documents related to investigations into President Joe Biden and his family. The senators claim this action could be an attempt to obstruct congressional access to crucial information.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley, Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and Senator Ron Johnson have jointly penned a letter to the Department of Justice expressing alarm over documents that appear to indicate a misclassification of information by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). The senators suggest this action may have been deliberate, designed to impede Congress’s ability to obtain vital information.

The senators’ letter specifically references internal investigative operations conducted by the FBI concerning Joe and Hunter Biden prior to the 2020 presidential election. Grassley has asserted that these documents have been housed in a secure, sealed storage facility, effectively preventing independent review. This development follows earlier remarks by Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, who stated that concealing alleged corruption involving the Biden family would necessitate a broad, ongoing mechanism, which appears to remain operational.
