A small Cessna 441 aircraft carrying eight people has crashed in a remote area of western Alaska, according to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The plane departed from Anchorage and was en route to a radar facility.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, a small aircraft carrying eight occupants has crashed in a remote region of western Alaska, as announced by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in the United States. Citing ABC News, the FAA reported that the “Cessna 441” aircraft had taken off from Anchorage. The FAA further stated that the aircraft was heading towards the “Cape Newenham” long-range radar station and crashed west of the station’s airport. Information regarding the status of the passengers on this flight has not yet been released.
