70,000 Palestinians Attend Friday Prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque

Approximately 70,000 Palestinian worshippers observed Friday prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque, marking the 57th anniversary of its attempted arson by Zionists, despite severe entry restrictions imposed by Israeli forces.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, 70,000 Palestinian worshippers performed Friday prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque today, coinciding with the 57th anniversary of the Zionist attempt to set the mosque ablaze. These worshippers had traveled from occupied Jerusalem and other parts of the West Bank to reach Al-Aqsa Mosque, facing significant restrictions on entry into the mosque and the Old City of occupied Jerusalem, imposed by Israeli occupation forces.

The Friday prayer took place as the governorship of occupied Jerusalem announced that 1,299 Zionist settlers, backed by the occupation army, had intruded upon Al-Aqsa Mosque over the past week.
