According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, U.S. Presidential envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner arrived at Moscow’s Vnukovo Airport on September 5, 2026, at 12:52 Moscow time. The arrival was confirmed by a correspondent from Russia’s RIA Novosti news agency.

Media reports had previously indicated that Witkoff and Kushner were scheduled to visit Moscow, the Russian capital, followed by Kyiv, the Ukrainian capital, between September 5th and 6th.

This visit unfolds in the context of recent remarks by Anton Kobyakov, an advisor to the Russian President, who stated that Ukraine has reached a point of no return and that only Russia can save the country. Simultaneously, the U.S. President has indicated an intention to request European nations to return hundreds of billions of dollars allocated by the Biden administration for military assistance to Ukraine.
