Ansar Allah Official Warns Saudi Arabia of Strategic Blindness, Vows Defense Over Continued Aggression
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Mohammed Al-Bukhaiti, a member of the Ansar Allah political bureau, told Al Mayadeen that Saudi officials are lacking a clear strategy and are suffering from strategic blindness. Al-Bukhaiti stated that while Yemen continues to call for comprehensive peace, ongoing aggression will compel them to change their defensive doctrines. He emphasized that if Saudi Arabia does not cease its attacks, their plans will be altered, asserting that the Saudi enemy is confused and incapable of achieving its objectives. The Ansar Allah official added that Saudi Arabia’s insistence on siege and aggression is aimed at appeasing the United States and the Israeli enemy, while evading peace commitments. He clarified that Yemen is not seeking expansionism within the country and extends a hand of cooperation to its partners, vowing to respond to any Saudi folly in Yemen by targeting its economic arteries and military centers. Al-Bukhaiti stressed that ending the war would benefit Saudi Arabia more than Yemen, stating, “We are men of war and proponents of peace.” He expressed eagerness for de-escalation on internal fronts but warned that the continuation of the internal war is detrimental to Saudi Arabia. Regarding the Southern Transitional Council, Al-Bukhaiti described their stance as honorable after Saudi Arabia’s expansionist plans became evident, noting that the UAE is not participating in the current Saudi war against Yemen. He advised the UAE to withdraw from its alliance with the United States, suggesting it could remain a neutral country. Al-Bukhaiti called the decision by mercenaries to launch what they term the “Battle of Liberating Sanaa” a suicidal, desperate, and unachievable move. He concluded by stating that the United States is willing to fight alongside Saudi Arabia in the Yemen conflict but fears the consequences, and it is in America’s interest for the war against Yemen to continue with Arab funding.
