Macron and Trump Agree on Energy Market De-escalation

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, French President Emmanuel Macron has revealed an agreement with U.S. President Donald Trump aimed at de-escalating tensions in energy markets. The agreement also encompasses the protection of infrastructure in the Middle East and maritime shipping in the Strait of Hormuz. Furthermore, both leaders committed to working towards a temporary cessation of attacks targeting Ukraine’s energy and civilian infrastructure.

Macron stated that both sides have concurred on coordinating their efforts to achieve a temporary halt to assaults on Ukraine’s energy facilities and civilian infrastructure. The French President emphasized the urgent need for serious negotiations to commence regarding the conditions for peace between Russia and Ukraine.
