Yemeni Forces Launch Large-Scale Attack on Saudi Arabia with Ballistic Missiles and Drones
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Yemen‘s armed forces have conducted a large-scale preemptive strike against Saudi Arabia, utilizing dozens of ballistic missiles and drones. Yahya Saree, the spokesperson for the Yemeni armed forces, stated in a communiqué that the Yemeni forces targeted Saudi troop gatherings in Al-Tawal, Jizan.
Saree elaborated that the operation successfully struck operations rooms, command and control centers, weapons depots, and several other vital positions. He also noted that missile launch sites and platforms within the Al-Dugharir camp in Jizan were targeted. Saree further confirmed that several other enemy camps in the Jizan region were also hit, with strikes described as precise and direct.
The communiqué indicated that hundreds of Saudi enemy forces, including Yemeni and Sudanese mercenaries, were killed or injured as a result of this operation. Dozens of Saudi officers and personnel also sustained casualties. Additionally, several Saudi enemy weapons depots were destroyed and caught fire.
Yahya Saree affirmed the armed forces’ commitment to continuing their missions with power and resolve, stating their intent to target the sources of threat, any aggression, and hostile actions wherever they may be. He concluded by emphasizing that Yemen will continue to enforce the equation of “blockade for blockade and escalation for escalation,” targeting enemy Saudi troop concentrations until the aggression ceases and the blockade ends.
