China Demands End to US Threats Against Cuba, Advocates Two-State Solution for Palestine

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, China‘s Vice President Han Zheng stated on Saturday that the sovereignty and security of countries in West Asia, including those in the Persian Gulf region, must be respected. He emphasized the urgent need to return the Palestinian issue to its proper course, advocating for a two-state solution.

Han Zheng also stressed that developed countries should fulfill their obligations concerning development financing and combating climate change. He specifically addressed the United States, urging it to immediately cease threats of using force against Cuba and to fully lift the blockade and sanctions imposed on the island nation.

The Chinese Vice President further noted that President Xi Jinping has outlined four key points for addressing the Ukraine crisis. These points, he explained, form the core basis for China’s continued constructive role in pursuing a political resolution to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
