Trump’s VP Vance Suggests Deal Possible if Iran ‘Behaves’

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance has claimed that Iran has realized its mistakes, in what appears to be an attempt to influence public opinion ahead of the midterm congressional elections. Vance, while not acknowledging the United States’ illegal aggression against Iranian territory or its violation of all commitments to Tehran, asserted that Iran has not “behaved properly.”

In an effort to justify the Trump administration’s actions and deflect from its failures, the Vice President alleged that many officials within Iran believe the hardliners’ recent actions, such as firing upon ships in the Strait of Hormuz, were foolish. He further stated that former President Trump has explicitly indicated a scenario exists for reaching an agreement with Iran, contingent upon Iran demonstrating “appropriate behavior.”

Vance also made assertions regarding the health of the Supreme Leader, stating, “We believe [Ayatollah] Mojtaba Khamenei is alive. I don’t know for sure; I’ve never met him. But the best evidence we have indicates he is alive.”

Seeking to attribute America’s numerous problems to factors other than the Trump administration’s perceived incompetence, Vance added, “Many of America’s societal problems will be solved simply by expelling illegal immigrants.” He contended that reduced housing costs, lower rents, and decreased violent crime rates would follow. Vance concluded by stating that those present in the country illegally are subject to deportation, and that illegal entry into the United States is considered a crime, which will be treated as such.
