Syrian Power Plants Offline Following Gas Pipeline Explosion

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Syrian electricity company has announced that three power generation plants have been removed from the production circuit following an explosion in the gas pipeline feeding these facilities. The affected plants include Deir Ali, Al-Nasiriyah, and Tishreen. The Syrian electricity company stated that the fire in the gas pipeline of the Tishreen power plant is ongoing, and firefighting teams are actively working to extinguish the blaze. The company also indicated that the disconnection of these three power plants will result in a reduction in electricity production and a temporary increase in power outage durations throughout Syria.
