Poll Shows Majority of Israelis Lack Confidence in Netanyahu’s War Policies

A recent poll conducted in the occupied territories reveals that a significant majority of Israelis do not trust Prime Minister Netanyahu’s war-related policies, with many believing potential military actions are politically motivated.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, based on data published by the Mehr News Agency and relayed by Ma’an, recent survey results from the occupied territories indicate that most Israelis lack confidence in Prime Minister Netanyahu’s cabinet. Nearly half of the poll’s participants stated that if the Netanyahu government were to initiate a war before parliamentary elections, they would consider it an action driven by political motives.

The survey found that only 33 percent of respondents expressed trust in Netanyahu’s cabinet, while 20 percent emphasized that their trust would depend on specific circumstances.

Furthermore, the poll results suggest that the Yisrael Beiteinu party, led by Gadi Eisenkot, would secure 20 seats. In contrast, Netanyahu’s Likud party is projected to come in second place, obtaining 18 seats.
