Russia States It Remains Primary Obstacle to Western Global Domination

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Vyacheslav Nikonov, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on International Affairs of the State Duma of Russia, has stated that Moscow has consistently acted as a barrier to Western attempts at global dominance and will maintain this role in the future. He emphasized that Russia stands firm against the West’s pursuit of worldwide supremacy.

Nikonov also voiced criticism regarding the historical role of British colonialism, asserting that the United Kingdom inflicted extensive damage on numerous peoples. He indicated that the repercussions of these harms are still felt today in regions such as India, Africa, and other parts of the world, with ongoing calls for justice and redress from the affected populations.

Russian officials have repeatedly underscored the necessity of establishing a multipolar world order. They identify the hegemonic ambitions of Western powers and the enduring legacy of colonialism as significant impediments to the realization of a more equitable international system.
