UN Warns Nearly 1 Million Gaza Refugees Face Dire Conditions Amidst Approaching Winter

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the United Nations has highlighted the critical situation facing approximately 950,000 Palestinian refugees in the Gaza Strip. A recent report emphasizes that these individuals are exposed to significant dangers with the onset of cold and rainy weather.
The report indicates that over 400,000 displaced Palestinians are currently residing in areas categorized as high-risk. The assistance provided to these individuals has been deemed insufficient, reaching only 18 percent of the families in need.
Currently, hundreds of thousands of refugees in Gaza are living in dilapidated and worn-out tents that become flooded with even minimal rainfall. The Gaza Government Information Office had previously alerted that the tents housing Palestinian refugees require immediate replacement.
The United Nations report also draws attention to the severe hunger crisis gripping Gaza.
