US President Donald Trump Expresses Readiness to Host Ukrainian Counterpart at G20 Summit

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, US President Donald Trump has expressed his inclination to invite Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to attend the G20 summit, which is set to be hosted on United States soil in December.
Speaking to members of the media at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida when asked about the possibility of extending an invitation to Zelenskyy, the US President stated that he would do so without any issue.
The United States is scheduled to host the G20 leaders in the city of Miami on December 14 and 15.
Earlier in September, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio confirmed that Washington had invited Russian President Vladimir Putin to participate in the summit—a decision made amidst the ongoing military conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
Although Ukraine is not officially a member of the G20, delegations from the country have previously attended the forum’s meetings in the capacity of guests.
Rubio noted on Saturday that the ultimate decision regarding inviting Zelenskyy rests with Trump, and such a measure could be considered if it aids in advancing the diplomatic process.
Nevertheless, no formal invitation has been dispatched to the Ukrainian President up to this point.
Additionally, during his conversation with reporters, Trump mentioned that he had spoken with Zelenskyy and expressed optimism regarding the prospects of ending the conflict.
