Yemeni Military Warns of Aramco Vulnerability and Advises Airlines to Avoid Saudi Airspace

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, …
A high-ranking Yemeni military official stated in an interview with the Saba news agency that the vital oil facilities of Saudi Arabia’s Aramco company remain firmly within the crosshairs of the Yemeni armed forces. The official further characterized any ongoing or new investments in these energy installations as a reckless and high-risk maneuver.
In addition to the warnings regarding energy infrastructure, the military source strongly recommended that international commercial airlines suspend flights through Saudi airspace, excluding the designated religious airspaces over Mecca and Medina.
This heightened security warning comes in the wake of intensifying military tensions between Yemen and Saudi Arabia. Consequently, a significant number of international air carriers have already opted to suspend or reschedule their scheduled flights destined for Riyadh and other major airports across the kingdom.
