report Mehr News Agency quoted Al-Mayadin, Syrian President Bashar Assad expressed his condolences on the death of the beloved mother of Lebanese Hezbollah Secretary General Sayed Hassan Nasrallah.
Asad said: We are saddened to learn of the passing away of “Umm Hasan”, the virtuous lady and your late mother, may God have mercy on her. Women are identified with those they give birth to. Mothers of resistant and free fighters have given birth to men who stand firm on their principles and fight for the truth.
The President of Syria continued: The late Umm Hassan gave birth and raised a man who followed the path of resistance until he became a brave commander and an enlightening symbol. It changed for him. The late Umm Hasan gave birth to a man who is praised and approved by his enemies before his friends. A man who has acted to establish the principles of truth and justice and remove the oppression of the oppressed.
Assad continued: In this way, Hajiya Umm Hassan has played a big and colorful role in the life of Lebanon and the region and enriching the purest moral and honorable symbols. Losing a mother is more difficult than any loss. Please accept my sincere condolences to you and your dear family. I ask God to place him in his infinite mercy.
