According to the regional office of Tasnim News Agency, “Golbedin Hekmatyar, head of the Islamic Party of Afghanistan, opposed to the participation of the Taliban in the third meeting in Doha, said that in this meeting, the persons wanted by the United States, such as “Banun Sivan” and “Akhdar Ebrahimi” (two diplomats from Cyprus and Algeria) will be invited to the United Nations in the affairs of Afghanistan.

Hakmatyar published a message in “X” and wrote that this special representative will be determined in agreement and coordination between the countries involved in Afghanistan affairs.

He added: Everyone is of the opinion that the Afghan crisis cannot be solved without establishing a comprehensive government; But the world’s definition of inclusive government is the same as the definition they had at the Bonn meeting.

The head of Hizb-e-Islami continued that the main parties to the Bonn meeting are America, Russia, England, Iran and were from Pakistan and the delegation invited from Kabul were not related to the citadel; Rather, they were the favored persons of these countries, and the result was the replacement of the president and the start of a bloody war in Afghanistan.
