The Nigerian police announced the release of 20 students kidnapped by armed men.

According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency According to Reuters, the Nigerian police announced the release of a student kidnapped by armed groups.

Nigerian police officials announced on Saturday in a message on X social network that they have released 20 students who were kidnapped last week. These students were kidnapped on their way to a conference in Benue state in the north-central part of this country.

The kidnapped people were medical and dental students, who were kidnapped by armed men last week.

The spokesman of the Nigerian police announced that these people were rescued without paying any ransom to the kidnappers, but tactically and professionally.
