Zakharova’s reaction to the Harris-Trump debate: It was a show

reported by Mehr News Agency quoted by Tass, Maria Zakharova, spokeswoman of the Russian Foreign Ministry, in response to last night’s debate between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump, the candidates for the 2024 US presidential election, described it as a “show”.

Zakharova told Radio Sputnik when asked what she thought of Harris’ first debate against Trump: “To be honest, I don’t know why you think this (debate) is such a big deal!”

He stressed: Is this news and a big event to witness another show with the roles of people who clearly do not take any responsibility for their words?

The first US presidential debate between Kamala Harris, vice president and Democratic candidate, and Donald Trump, former US president and Republican candidate, was hosted by NBC News in Philadelphia.

According to CNN’s instant poll, the majority of voters who watched the first debate between the two candidates for the 2024 US presidential election consider the Democrats as the winner of this debate.
