Egyptian media sources announced the beginning of a joint meeting between Fatah and Hamas movements in Cairo regarding the management of the Gaza Strip.

According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency Citing Sputnik, Egyptian media sources announced that joint meetings between the Fatah and Hamas movements regarding the administration of the Gaza Strip through the Collective Support Committee have begun.

These media, quoting an informed source, reported and stated the positive attitude of Fatah and Hamas towards Egypt’s actions regarding the formation of a collective support committee for the management of the Gaza Strip. that this committee will be a subset of self-governing organizations and will include independent people.

This knowledgeable source announced: The Collective Support Committee will be formed by the order of Mahmoud Abbas, head of the self-governing organization, and will be in charge of managing the Gaza Strip. Egypt emphasized that these meetings are a purely Palestinian matter and Egypt’s efforts are aimed at uniting the Palestinians.
