he further emphasized: “The yemenis have committed to not launching attacks on ships, and we honor this commitment.”
Trump, while disregarding U.S. failures in confronting Yemen, claimed: “We dealt heavy blows to the Yemenis, but they endured our punishment.”
Acknowledging their strength and courage, he added: “The Yemenis showed great bravery.”
In another part of his speech, Trump asserted that the U.S. is ready to assist in ending tensions between India and Pakistan.
