Lebanon’s Parliament Speaker Addresses Lack of Response to Zionist Regime’s Attacks
According to a report by the English section of webangah News Agency,citing Mehr News Agency and Al-Nashra,Nabih Berri,the Speaker of Lebanon’s Parliament,stated that the Zionist regime is attempting to impose a new reality against Lebanon through it’s attacks,aiming to demonstrate its upper hand and its ability to escalate aggression to pressure Lebanon into normalization.
He added: “This will never happen because normalizing relations with Israel is betrayal.”
Regarding why no response has been made to the Zionist regime’s attacks on Lebanon, Berri emphasized: “We adhere to the ceasefire agreement, and Lebanon will not be dragged into what Israel seeks.”
Nabih Berri further stressed: “Our weapon at this stage is patience—and with this patience, we will fight them.”
