Largest Victory Day Parade Since Start of Russia’s Special Operation in Ukraine Held in Moscow with Putin and Xi Jinping in Attendance
According to a report by the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and The Self-reliant, Moscow hosted the largest Victory Day parade since the start of the war in Ukraine, attended by Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping.
The event featured military displays and foreign dignitaries yesterday at Red Square in Moscow.During the ceremony, Russian soldiers marched alongside Chinese troops at Red Square to mark the 80th anniversary of Nazi Germany’s defeat, highlighted by a grander-than-usual Victory Day celebration compared to recent years.
Russian President Vladimir Putin delivered a speech at this largest parade as his country launched it’s special military operation in Ukraine.
Putin stated during his address: “Truth and justice are on our side. The entire nation, society, and people support those participating in the special military operation.”
