Trump: We are close to a deal with Iran; Tehran should be grateful to Qatar’s Emir
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, Donald Trump, the U.S.President, reiterated his alleged policy of “peace through strength,” claiming that Washington’s objective in negotiations with Tehran is to achieve lasting peace.
trump, who is currently in Qatar, made no mention of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s insistence on the peaceful nature of its nuclear program, stating: “Iran cannot have nuclear weapons. We are negotiating with Iran to achieve lasting peace.”
He further claimed: “Iran should be very grateful to the Emir of Qatar because others—unlike Qatar—want us to attack Iran severely (!)”
The President asserted: “We will protect the Middle East (!) We believe in peace through strength and want our negotiations with Iran to succeed.”
the U.S. President added: “We build the world’s best weapons systems. Drones play a notable role in war, as we witnessed in Ukraine. Biden (the former U.S. President) wasted a lot of money.”
He claimed: “We want our negotiations with Iran to succeed and believe we are close to reaching an agreement.We want Iran to be a great country—but thay cannot have nuclear weapons.”
