According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and RIA Novosti, the Russian Foreign Ministry issued a statement on Saturday announcing consultations between Sergey Lavrov and Marco Rubio, the foreign ministers of Russia and the U.S., regarding the outcomes of Russia-Ukraine negotiations.
