According to webangah News Agency, The Guardian reported that U.S. President Donald Trump thwarted European leaders’ proposal for new sanctions against Moscow under the pretext of Washington’s cooperation, following his recent conversation with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
the British newspaper added that European hopes for Trump increasing pressure on the Kremlin were dashed after his two-hour phone call with Putin.
