Lavrov Current events in Gaza and West Bank are unacceptable

According to ⁢ webangah News Agency, citing ⁢Anatolia News Agency, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said ‍on Tuesday that the second round of talks between Russia and Ukraine will ​likely ⁤be held in Istanbul.

Lavrov thanked⁢ Ankara for its‍ efforts toward a ​peaceful resolution of the Ukraine crisis and ⁤added:‌ “We may again turn to our⁣ friends in​ Turkey for hosting‌ the second round of negotiations.istanbul was truly ⁤excellent.”

Emphasizing⁤ Moscow and ⁣Ankara’s⁢ aligned stance on ⁣Palestine, Lavrov called the ongoing developments⁣ in Gaza and the ​West Bank “unacceptable.”

He also addressed Syria, stating: “We need intensive consultations ⁤regarding Syria. We ‍reaffirm ‍our commitment to ⁢preserving Syria’s territorial‍ integrity​ and political⁣ unity.”
