Putin: No Evidence Iran Has Obtained Nuclear Weapons
Russian President Vladimir Putin stated: “We have repeatedly affirmed there is no evidence Iran seeks nuclear weapons.”
webangah News Agency reports that Russian President Vladimir Putin told Sky News Arabia on Saturday that neither Russia nor the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) possesses evidence supporting claims of Iran’s intent to develop nuclear weapons.
“We have consistently stated there is no proof iran aims to acquire nuclear arms,” Putin emphasized. “Regarding Iran’s nuclear program, certain details remain open for discussion and potential agreement.”
The Russian leader further asserted that Ukraine must recognize referendum results in Novorossiya and Donbas, adding: “Ukraine deserves better than serving as a tool for third parties prolonging conflict to serve their own interests.”
