Medvedev: Netanyahu Will Eventually Go, But Iran Will Remain
Former President and Deputy Head of Russia’s Security Council declares: Israel must abandon its nuclear programme; “Netanyahu will go, but Iran will remain.”
Dmitry Medvedev, former Russian president and deputy chairman of the country’s Security Council, stated in a Saturday post on his X (formerly twitter) account that Israel possesses a covert nuclear program. He urged Israel to dismantle such programs under the supervision of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
Medvedev questioned why a nuclear program is deemed acceptable for Tel Aviv but not for Tehran, adding: “Netanyahu will eventually leave office-but Iran will remain.“
